Would this ever happen during rule of Islam during reign of Khulafah e Rashideen?? Even dogs and cats would get good treatment let alone human being having to resort to bank robbery just to see a doctor. Allah swt open the eyes of these people and let them see Islam aspect of service to fellow brother.
