sorry for bringing up this issue again....
whats wrong when we are using it for connecting to our friends my all friends use it and i deleted it while after asking my question over here
and i told my friends to come on yahoo or gmail they said they dont know how to !!!they dont know about computer much!!
so i made their account but still
and use to call them or they use to call me every week but you you know about mums (end the call after 5 min) and i and my friend talks for 20+min
and it is bothering me any advise will be appreciated
(i dont want to use it)
so whats an easy way to make them understand about messenger

Since you know more about computer than them, why don't you TEACH them how to use the computer just like how your teacher has taught you about computer?

Assalaamoalaykum-w-w
First of all you have to write down what you want them to do in simple english so they can understand.
Then, thinking like them, as though you dont know anything, write down the instructions, starting from setting up a computer to microphone, video camera whatever ...
Then ask them to organise someone to setup their hardware and software....
Then start with emails (if you are not already on this) first......
Then once they have mastered emailing you then go on to skype and other etc......

brother i have tried it before but will try this again inshallah and even i make their account on yahoo and skype i told them to come on yahoo but they said its easy to come on facebook then on other things i just sent them instruction hope they get it

I don't see how it's difficult to sign on to yahoo messenger or any other messenger.They have to sign on with an email to log in to facebook don't they?or maybe I have forgotten cos it's been awhile since I deleted my FB..

If they don't have the messengers downloaded on their PC maybe they can sign in with the account you made through http://www.meebo.com/messenger. You can log in through all the messenger services via meebo.

You just make them the account and send the email addy with the password and the link to the site. Voila!! easy.. If they can use FB I'm sure they can log into meebo.Hope this helps

I think pakistan was the first country which facebook, Is it opened now?

Bhai, is this same rule apply to going in marriages in which our muslim's brother and sisters insult our prophet (pbuh)'s sunnah.

FACEBOOK is no more left for socializing ONLY.....as Media.

There were times when Media is used to just entertain the public in what so ever means which includes all vulgarism etc for which it was harmful to watch TV.

But now media is being used for propagation of false information, through it the enemies of Islam are invading the hearts of Muslims and destroying their Imaan, now days its important to work on the same medium.

Incidents of "Draw Muhammad Day" and "Burn Quran Day" has proved that this Face Book is not just the socializing type of thing it ran campaigns more quickly and more effectively and the same enemies are using it as a weapon as they are using the Media. So for Muslims its important to work here too.

Times has changed, there were times when the wars happened to be on ground on borders of the territories, but today the biggest war is going on since ever and its all on people's hearts and minds.

So its highly advisable for the people who have true knowledge of Islam that they come forward and enter this war on every means which are being used to invade the hearts of the Muslims. Its the need of the time.

Maulana Syed Salman Husaini Nadwi has also stressed on the same in this speech "Islam Ke Dawat Ke Liyay Media Ka Istemaal Zaroori Kyun?" (Urdu)
