Bhai, is this same rule apply to going in marriages in which our muslim's brother and sisters insult our prophet (pbuh)'s sunnah.

Ofcourse it applies everywhere not just facebook. It's better to stay away from marriages anyways. Today the marriages are full of inappropriate things.

We should realize that this matter is connected directly to our Iman. It's not even about just ghairat. It's Iman which requires you to take harsh steps.

Day before yesterday we had a Islahi-tarbiyath program in our masjid in which Moulana said about the condition of people in wasting money, specially in Marriages. So I thought to make a new thread discussing that issue but later changed because I already made long back but no replies. That's why....

FACEBOOK is no more left for socializing ONLY.....as Media.

So if one is using it just for socializing, stop using it or boycott it. But since its not like as switch OFF a button and the whole Muslim world stop using it, then realize the fact that FaceBook is being used for propagating the false information about islam. Learned Muslims Ulemas and Daees can use this medium in propagating true information and Dawah purpose.

There were times when Media is used to just entertain the public in what so ever means which includes all vulgarism etc for which it was harmful to watch TV.

But now media is being used for propagation of false information, through it the enemies of Islam are invading the hearts of Muslims and destroying their Imaan, now days its important to work on the same medium.

Incidents of "Draw Muhammad Day" and "Burn Quran Day" has proved that this Face Book is not just the socializing type of thing it ran campaigns more quickly and more effectively and the same enemies are using it as a weapon as they are using the Media. So for Muslims its important to work here too.

Times has changed, there were times when the wars happened to be on ground on borders of the territories, but today the biggest war is going on since ever and its all on people's hearts and minds.

So its highly advisable for the people who have true knowledge of Islam that they come forward and enter this war on every means which are being used to invade the hearts of the Muslims. Its the need of the time.

He's not one of those that call others deviant. He doesn't say this is bid'ah & that bid'ah in his duroos. I had the honour of meeting him once. Instead of me giving him the Salaam, he greeted me even though he was with his friend.
