Default Making up a missed prayer

When making up a missed fajr prayer, does one pray the sunnah first or the fard? And is it the same for any of the other prayers when making them up?

When making up for any missed salaah, it is enough to read just the fardh rak'aat. For the isha missed salah you must also pray witr.

If you're making up the fajr prayer of the day and before dhuhr, then you should first pray 2 rak'a sunnah then the fardh.

there isnt any qadha of sunnah or? except if a person has prayed fajr at its time, but missed the sunnah which he has to pray after the sun rise.

A person should read the Sunnats of Fajr Salaat out of the Musjid proper,
even though the Imaam has commenced his Salaat as long as he knows that he
would be able to join the Salaat with Jamaat at least at the point of
Tashahhud, i.e. last sitting. (Shaami vol.2 pg.454; Maktaba Imdaadiyyah)

If the Sunnats had been missed out together with the Fardh of Fajr Salaat,
then Qadhaa of both, the Sunnats and Fardh Salaats should be made before the
time of Zawaal, and if Qadhaa of Fajr Salaat is done after Zawaal, then only
the Fardh should be performed, not the Sunnats. However, if only the Sunnats
were missed, it should not be repeated after the Fardh of Fajr Salaat, i.e.
before sunrise. It may be performed before Zawaal on the same day. (Ibid
pg.512)
