What is fun in this? Fun in the sense one is having niyyat of divorce and then marrying while marriage is to bond people and divorce is something not encouraged. If I am man and some woman marries me with the niyyat of getting divorce from me, it is like harming me and messing up with my life, is it? Even though she doesn't say, I am entering the marriage sincerelyand I may get emotionally affected. So how come this act of people justified that they are free from sins? Won't they be sinners in the sight of Allah SWT for He knows what is in one's heart? |

Yes I'm totally with your words. But is it fun if someone marrying women for making her lawful for her ex-husband (helping)? Well fun may be an inappropriate word I used and as my mother tongue is not English, I am bad in expressing it in english. What you are saying is about the intention of man and I am asking about a man who doesn't know that he is marrying someone with the intention of getting divorce from him which of course is not something pleasant for him when he might marry her with sincerity and lead a good life. This coming up of divorce might be a blow for him. So having known the intention of the woman, won't she be a sinner in the court of Allah? I am just trying to clarify on what basis this act is regarded something as sinless? |

Bismillahi Fraud and deception is always wrong. It's also playing with the life of the poor husband who spent so much on the marriage. Allah knows if she will be singul or not. Ask this on askimam.org |

Every sin causes displeasure to Allah. Therefore, how can we ever classify any degree of his displeasure as minor? I paraphrased the above from an entry online...I think it was on ashrafiya.com or shayk.org but it was a great post MashAllah, it really made me think. So based on that in my humble opinion, no matter what the sin is, it is major purely because it displeases Him. And every sin carries traces of kufr (even if it is a very small amount of kufr) and the light of iman will become dim in the face of kufr, and if a sinner does not repent then eventually, the darkness of kufr will corrupt and overpower imaan in the heart. |
