i want to learn more about the deen,i want to learn the qu'ran and study arabic and tafseer,and maybe learn some urdu.

Most madaris in Pakistan are quite cheap.. are you currently in Pakistan? Depending on where you are almost every city or village in Pakistan will have places for you to study

All the wellknown madaris in Pakistan are free for example, Darul uloom karachi, Binori Town... etc etc
