My Shaikh informed me that Shaikh Nadir lives in Makkah and is a Burmese scholar he is not a muhaddith by any stretch of the imagination.

Just to add to what others have said:

Mufti Abd ar-Ra'uf sahib Sakharwi at Darul Uloom Karachi is a khalifa of Mufti Muhammad Shafi' sahib.

There are several students of Mawlana Yusuf Binnori at the Binnori Town madrasa, and ttere are at least a few khulafa I believe of Shaykh al-Hadith sahib in Karachi.

No, I have not had the chance of meeting him. I tried to last time I was in Pak but he was out of the area.

I do not know too much about him. He was a murid of Hakim al-Ummah, later received khilafa from Mawlana Faqir Muhammad and Mawlana Masihullah Khan (both khulafa of Hakim al-Ummah). He is considered to be one of the senior-most mashayikh today. Many of the asatidha and ulama in Karachi (Darul Uloom etc) are bay'at to him.
