i have been browsing properties in pakistan in the rawalpindi area as i hear they are generally cheaper compared to islamabad.

i came across this property......

...this is not as cheap as you think...I cant exactly say about the price in that colony (never been there), but 33,00,000 for 5 marla house in pindi (other than chaklala schem 3 and DHA) is not cheap enough to be suspicious.....5 marlas is 150 square yards....30 feet by 50 feet is the size of the plot...
