Assalaamu Alaykum

I would like to know regarding the books authored by Imaam Abu Hanifa Rah. Are the books that the Imaam has written available and if so where? I have been told that a) the books that where written by him where destroyed in the Moghul occupation of Baghdad and b) the books attributed to him where written by his students such as Imaam Muhammad Rah.
