Her book is out today; has anyone here had an advance copy - I want to buy it. On the programme it was the kindness, hospitality and down to earth qualities of the Pakistani people which triggered her interest. She said she was in Pakistan and got used to "shalwaar kameez" modest dress and she had to go to a MTV party in LA and it was suddenly tight dresses and all artificial with botox and stuff!
