By urine issues I mean Urine incontinence, basically still leaking even though you have stopped intentionally urinating. The ruling with regards to a Ma’dhur is that he/she must perform ablution for each Salat time, and with that Wudu, one may carry out all the various prayers and worships. When the time of the prayer exits, Wudu will be nullified and it will be necessary to renew the Wudu. (al-Lubab fi Sharh al-Kitab, 1/64). Sayyida Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) relates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said to Fatima bint Abi Hubaysh (Allah be pleased with her) who had the problem of chronic virginal discharge (istihadha): “Perform ablution for every Salat until the time of the next Salat appears.” (Sahih al-Bukhari) Therefore, the Wudu will remain throughout the time of the prayer. One may offer obligatory (fard) prayers, optional (nawafil) prayers, touch the Qur’an and all the other forms of worship that require Wudu as long as that Salat time remains. Once, the Salat time comes to an end, fresh Wudu must be made. So according to the above fatwa, a ma'dhur may perform any act of worship with the Wudhu he prayed with. And since qadha is a necessary act of worship, this means you do not have to make a new wudhu for Qadha salah, as long as its within the time of the salah your offered as ada. But as soon as the time for the salah ends, you're wudhu is nullified and you must perform a fresh on for the next salah. Hope I helped. ![]() ![]() |

Oh ok. In this case you are classified as a ma'dhur and are excused. And yes, you must make fresh wudhu for each salah. As for your query about qadha salah, I found this Fatwa. Jazakallah khair |

By urine issues I mean Urine incontinence, basically still leaking even though you have stopped intentionally urinating. 1. prolonged 2. not prolonged if it is #1 and you drip sporadically for hours then you are madhur. if it is #2 and you drip for 5-10 minutes after urination then you are not madhur. what you should do is time your toilet with jamaat. for example you should give 10-15 minutes before jamaat starts and go to toilet (if you can go even before that it would be better). now when you go to the toilet use a tissue paper to wipe the urine drops as they come and force the drops inside your organ to come out by opening the mouth of your organ and wipe away any drops using the tissue. keep doing it till no more drops come. you can check for that for a minute or so and if the tissue is still dry it means you wont drip anymore. the important thing for #2 is that once the drops stop, you have to get rid of the waswasa (if any) that more drops would come and proceed to whatever you were doing. for various reasons i have wasted my time thinking i was madhur when i was not. read up carefully on what a madhur is. |

Remember that the conditions of being ma'dhur in the hanafi madhhab are very strict. You are only qualified as an excused person if you can not find 5 minutes in the whole period of prayer in order to pray without losing urine.
Also, if you have this condition when standing, you are supposed to pray sitting. (see fatawa rahimiyya, a point often not mentioned) |
