you do know this is a pakistani secular newsgroup? you do know that pakistani media has a soft spot for shias largely because the govt is filled with shias?

and of course they are known for fabricating stories or adding fabrications to truths (a recent example being the IK "death threat" sent by TTP). they refer to the shia dead as shia. while the sunni dead killed by shia terrorists as 'people'. the govt pays loads of compensation to shias but to sunni families killed by shia terrorists: zilch. some media were saying TTP did this. while this is absurd as LeJ does these kind of things. In Hazara tit-for-tat killings with rafidhi are common. only one side of the killings makes it to the headlines.

i have heard that those killed were shia terrorists returning from iran. similar to ones here.

i haven't got its verification though. it remains unverified like this claim by The News.the secular media is very keen these days to portray 'real' Islam to the masses. the day after the attack ten sunnis were killed in karachi said to be revenge for this. i have to verify this as well.

who has claimed responsibility for the attack?
another point to consider would be were all shia passengers killed?

i do not like killing of shia non-combatants, esp like this. but i am all up for cleansing of the shia terrorists who regualrly kill sunni ulema throughout the country and upon whom the media is ominously silent.

few questions one must ask:
- if two of the buses are burnt then it means there is no passenger alive inside. so that means all the people outside cheering this are passengers of these buses who weren't killed. so why are they cheering when media was saying some sunnis tried to stop it by refusing to hand over the shias and also that some sunnis were killed. why are the people cheering? are they all mujahideen?

- who was that man at 0:40? why did they let him go ? was it because he said he was from islamabad?

- why were they checking where that old man was from? could it be because they were looking not for shias in general but for shias coming from iran? the old man thought they were killing all shias. so he decided to 'prove' he was a Muslim. yet the only thing they cared about was where he was coming from.

- why was that old shia man let go?

these are some points to consider.

also people might wish to see who are the Sipah e Muhammad (SAW).

That old man's back was inspected for any signs of 'maatam' i guess which i think is a permanent sign for Iranian Shiahs.
