Salam, Where can I learn all the du'as listed in the Qur'an? I know about "qurrata a'yunin" (coolness of the eyes) but where can I learn the others? When are the best times to recite those du'as?
My other question is where can I learn all the different Names of Allah (SWT)? I know if a Muslim memorizes a specific set of 99 Names, then Insha Allah he or she will be accepted to Jannah. At the same time, no one knows which 99 Names so we should memorize more than that. Also, can you recieve special blessings for reciting certain Names at certain times of the day? For instance, I read that if you recite Ar-Rahman (The Beneficient) 100 times after every Wajib prayer, then Allah (SWT) will be Merciful to you and also even regain memory and become protected from forgetfullness. If it is recited regularly, the cruel-hearted person will become merciful. Another one was Al-Fattah (The Opener). If one recites this Holy Name 70 times after Salatul Fajr keeping one's hand on one's chest, Allah (SWT) will increase one's sense of perception. Also, the recitation of this Name is beneficial for every type of task. If recited 21 times after every Wajib Prayer, all worries will be removed. Are these true? What about the other Names? Jazukallah Kheir. |
