Sounds like it's normal behavior for most of the world. In China people were practically driving on the sidewalks, and the biggest person could shove their way to the front of the line. I had fun with this rule!

It's really complicated. My mom refuses to fly, so Europe's out unless we take a boat. My dad fought in the Vietnam War, so he wouldn't be too interested in going back to Asia. In fact, he wasn't too supportive of my decision to study abroad there, especially after 9/11. I'm pretty confident both of my parents would have hated Africa, and my mom wasn't very supportive of my decision to go there. I just have a tendency to go places either one or the other of my parents consider dangerous. Of course, I refuse to let them stop me...

Default Italy Vs. Europe...(funny movie)
This link is not intended to offend anyone, but I gotta tell ya....I laughed pretty good when I watched it.

I am part Italian and I've been in Italy too, so I KNOW first hand that this movie depicts the truth!

Enjoy!

You should record an imitation of him and post it! That would be hilarious!!

LOL ya know...I was soooo tempted of posting a few of Joe Pesci's wavs from GoodFellas and Casino...but I don't know if they'd be too much...

Here is a link to the Joe Pesci Wavs! I think you'll like it! My favorite one is the FUNNYWav one but all of them are hilarious!

Wow...I never knew that Chinese drove like maniacs!

Yep. Anywhere there was room to fit a car, you can bet there would be someone attempting to drive there. I witnessed some really interesting accidents there, one of which involved a man on a bike being crushed by a bus.

As for what I was doing there in the first place, I studied abroad there in 2001.

How did you end up in Argentina and Italy?

Sounds like fun. I would never be able to get my family to travel with me to some of the places I've been.
