Default Its my programm, what about you?
This month I feel great , I'm working out 5 times per week i lift weidth and i go jogging, and i eat 5 or 6 meals per day, just one bad thing i don't sleep well , its holiday I must benefit the maximum to reach my former body
so what about you what is your plan???

Always get enough sleep because no matter how often you exercise if you're sleep deprived, you'll still gain weight. I haven't been exercising a lot because I got so busy with so many personal things but I'm now going back to jogging with my dog and just doing home exercises to keep fit. I want to go to the gym but I just couldn't find the time to do so.

Thanks of god it was just a passing phase , now I sleep enough , buy the way I came to lose 12 pounds
