I am about to start another round of HCH, with the "real deal" injections. I have spent a lot of time on this forum doing research. it seems that lots of people have had good luck using meal replacement shakes. I found these ones on Amazon and they are about 1/3 the cost of most of the other shakes. I am all for saving money, but the ingredients listed are: "Whey Protein Blend (Whey Protein concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate), Cocoa, and other ingredients". I have emailed the company asking exactly what "other ingredients" means, but haven't heard back yet. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this shake and what the results were and if you know what the mysterious "other ingredients" are? You'd really think that in marketing to people on such a restrictive diet, they'd just put the ingredients there!! lol
