I was in Whole Foods yesterday stocking up on stuff to eat for the week and came across one of their own brands of dressing. Was wondering if people think this is OK to eat during P2?
Here are the ingredients: filtered water plum tomatoes red wine vinegar tomato paste garlic fresh basil sea salt lemon juice mustard powder black pepper xantham gum The 2 ingredients I was doubtful about were the red wine vinegar and the xantham gum. Are these allowed on P2? Thanks for any help. |
