I have a little book on hcg and it says you can have 3/4 cup of plain fat free yogurt a day in place of 1 fruit or 1 veg. I sweeten it with stivia. This is day 6 rnd2 and I have lost 6 lbs.
I have the drops and the pellets, In the morning I'm in a hurry and want a coffee before I go to work, so I use the drops and by the time I'm done my shower 15 min have past and I can then have my coffee. For the rest of the day I use the pellets. Is this ok???? I find the pellets very slow to dissolve. Which are the better drops to use 1-homeopathic 2-hcg amino acid Thanks fo listening Eileen |
