I am on VLCD12 with a dosage of 150 iu sub-q. I am injecting into my stomach area - at least 1 1/2 inches away from belly button. The first week I did not have any bruising. But this week, I am having small bruises at my injection sites. I rotate around the stomach area and make sure that I do not insert in an area that has visible veins. I do not jab and am following the instructions for giving sub-q injections. Any ideas? It's not a big deal to me, but I would like my husband and adult daughter to do the hcg diet on my next round and these bruises might be a turn-off for them. And no, lol, I do not run around with my belly showing, but my husband does see my belly sometimes Thanks!
