Well I slugged out for a couple of days...It did me some good to let my body rest..But anyway back at it..increased my tricep push-ups to 50...I'm going to start incresing my lower-body stuff next week...things are starting to get a little to easy 2 miles Pull-ups(overhand) 9 Pull-ups (underhand)9 Dips 4 sets of 11 Push-ups 50 Push-ups(tricep) 50 half Sit-up 35 hand-to-toe 30 crunches 70 side Sit-up 30 (each side) flutter kick 20 leg raise 20 cutting edge flutter kick 20 hanging knee up 5 |

same old, same old..2 miles...it was like spring outside today hit all of 42 degrees...yeeeha

Wimped out on my wide-angle push-ups today, but I increased my crunches to 70..also did 2 miles on sat and 2 miles today

When my Powertec - Workbench Leverage Gym(if anyone happens to have one...?) gets here, I'm going to have to do some serious learning on how to properly work the body. I don't even know what exercise is what. You sound knowledgable. hehe So be prepared to be hounded in the next few weeks.. maybe.

Thought I would start one of these...you can find a good description of my work-out by searching for 0 equipment work-out in the Fitness thread...I work-out Mon, Wed,Fri..and sometimes I sneak a few pull-ups, push-ups in on my off days if I can find the time....

Thanks, I'm sure I will.
All I can, say for sure is it will be a long time till i can do my one handed pullups again. I use to be able to them back in highschool. But I assure that day will come again. Hell I remember when i could lay on my belly flat and push my self to practically a standing position with my arms alone. Oh well that was the past... on with the present... |

Yeah, but remember how I do mine Frog. 1-2-3-2-1 15 second rest where each dash is.. It helps me concentrate on my form, and less on trying just to pump them out..Going full out (chin over the bar, to full dead hang) I can get 6 before I start lose my posture...I do all my excercises like that ecept my dips, and the lower body stuff...so my push-ups would be like this 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
