This is absolutely my favorite way to work out. These 3 videos are from the Wednesday night class I go to (the darker video is from last night's class...and yes, I am wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy in the back, LMFAO). The other 2 videos I'm not in. This instructor is BRUTAL and works your abs the entire hour. Love it, though!!!
