Alright, folks, it's time for another monthly exercise challenge. Your goal can be anything you want...whether it's to work out a certain amount of time, a certain number of times, or simply to walk 3 days a week. Come join us. Everybody is welcome whether you're a die-hard exercise queen (or king, LOL) or just starting out. Only I have the permissions to edit posts after 8 hours, so if you will just post your daily workout in a new post everyday I will merge them for you. Please don't quote your earlier posts as it just makes for more work when merging. Thanks!!!
My goal this month 2000 minutes. I'm also going to add another goal of 500 crunches using the Perfect Sit-up. I've had it for a while now and still haven't put it to use. Goal: 2000 minutes + 500 crunches using Perfect Sit-up Total so far: 1400 minutes + 400 crunches 1 - Rest Day. 2 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class + 60 minutes helping a friend move/clean + 50 crunches using Perfect Sit-up 3 - 85 minutes at the gym 4 - 50 crunches using Perfect Sit-up + 75 minutes at the gym 5 - Rest Day. 6 - 50 crunches using Perfect Sit-up + 130 minutes on the exercise ball + 15 minutes vacuuming the Comm Room Floor 7 - Rest Day. (Sick, blah) 8 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class + 60 minutes walking/searching for missing kid 9 - Rest Day. (Just b/c I was lazy, LOL) 10 - 50 crunches using Perfect Sit-up + 70 minutes on the exercise ball 11 - Sick. 12 - Sick. 13 - Sick. 14 - 70 minutes at the gym 15 - 50 crunches using Perfect Sit-up + 80 minutes at the gym 16 - Sick. 17 - Sick. 18 - 90 minutes on the exercise ball 19 - Rest Day. 20 - 100 crunches using Perfect Sit-up 21 - 90 minutes at the gym 22 - 55 minutes Dancefit Class + 40 minutes *cough* extra-curricular activities 23 - 50 situps using Perfect Sit-up 24 - Rest Day. 25 - 50 minutes walking 26 - 60 minutes cleaning/cooking/setting up + 10 minutes walking 27 - 120 minutes swimming 28 - 70 minutes at the gym 29 - Rest Day. 30 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class 31 - |

I failed last month, miserably. This month I go for 400 minutes.
Total so far: 0 minutes. 1. Nothing 2. Nothing 3. Nothing 4. 40 minutes gym 5. 40 minutes gym + 45 minutes swim 6. 30 minutes gym + 25 minute swim 7. Nothing 8. Nothing 9. 40 minutes gym + 20 minute swim 10. Nothing 11. Nothing 12. Nothing 13. 40 minutes gym 14. 40 minute walk Total so far = 320 minutes |

I hope to do better this month. I was plateaued with no net weight loss for 5 months and last month I did start losing again, but far too slow (only like 2.2lbs off my lowest weight). If I mandate some specific exercises each day, maybe I'll lose just by virtue of consistency

I'm in again for 1500 bench situps and 1000 crunches. Rawr!
1: 75 Situps and 50 Crunches today. 2: 75 more sit ups, and 50 crunches today. 150 sit ups and 100 crunches total. 3: 50 more sit ups and 50 more crunches. 200 situps and 150 crunches total. 4: 50 more sit ups and 0 crunches today. 250 situps and 150 crunches total. 5: 25 more sit ups and 50 more crunches today. 275 sit ups and 200 crunches total. 6: 50 more sit ups and 50 more crunches. 325 situps and 250 crunches total. 7: 50 more situps and 50 more crunches. 375 situps and 300 crunches total. 8: 50 more situps and 50 more crunches. 425 situps and 350 crunches total. 9: 50 more situps and 50 more crunches today. 475 situps and 400 crunches total. 10: 75 more situps and 100 crunches over the weekend. 525 situps and 500 cruches total. 11: 150 more situps and 150 more crunches over Monday, Yesterday, and today. 675 situps and 650 crunches total. 12: 50 more situps and 50 more crunches today. 725 situps and 700 crunches total. 13: 50 more situps and 50 more crunches today. 775 situps and 750 crunches total. 14: 100 situps and 100 crunches yesterday, and today. 875 situps and 750 crunches total. 15: 50 situps and 100 more crunches yesterday, and today. 925 situps and 850 crunches total. |
