...exercise?
Do you do it for health reasons or to boost confidence and self-esteem? I do it for both in a way, mainly to feel good about myself and know I do something good for my body everyday - they reckon a good workout at least three times a week is good for you. I do about 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day, I can't stand skipping a day either, I just go all mental and start thinking/feeling I'm fat - when I'm not!! And also for the added benefit of not becoming overweight/unhealthy despite the huge amount of carbs I down every day ![]() Sooo, why do you/would you exercise? |
