Default Burn Extra 100 Calories A Day
We all know that in order to burn fat and calories, you need to create a calorie deficit. Once you've done that, try to add these activities everyday to help you burn extra 100 calories:

1. Hit a punching bag for 45 seconds, stop for 15 seconds and repeat the process for 10 minutes = burns 99 calories

2. Go out for a casual 20 minute bike ride after work = burn 110 calories

3. Jumping jacks 50 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then repeat the steps for 10 minutes = burns 102 calories

4. Walk extra 10 minutes on the treadmill at a 10 minute mile per hour pace = burns 105 calories

5. Jump Rope for 9 minutes = burns 100 calories

6. Dance for 25 minutes = burns 101 calories

7. Stay an extra 10 minutes on the elliptical = burns 99 calories

Jumping jacks and jumping rope are the easiest so far.. If I do both, does that mean I will lose extra 202 calories?

Boxing and kickboxing are good exercises.. It's also exhausting.. I tried it before and my body really hurt after. I might consider doing it again
