Default Fish oil capsules
So when I went to the dermatologist the last time he told me I should take fishoil, that its good for your skin well Ive been taking it for like 2 weeks now and I think hes right, my skin looks great just thought you ladies or gents might like to know for what its worth.

yeah some you do, but if you take them but there are some you can buy that you dont get that from I havent noticed it, I also hear that if you take the other ones on a full stomach and keep them in the feezer it cuts down on that also

ohh I dunno Sophie I can look but they are known here for people taking them to help lower cholesterol and the components of it triglycerides

its smoother and I think just healthier looking than it has been usually its kind of all over the place and its pretty much evened out

They make enteric coated pills, that end up getting digested in the small intestine, hence, no after taste.

My cardiologist told me to take them

you'll find your hair and nails will also be nicer too Audra...its an excellent thing to be taking. I've been on them since i was a kid.

I used to take them, still have a bottle sitting on the counter. I really should get back into my vitamins. They really did improve my skin quickly, and I was just a shining little person. Or...that could have been the sweat from working out along with it.
