hello fellow butt haters.
Im on a new diet, well not so much "diet" as in healthy eating and exercise plan Ive got a lot of weight to lose right now Im around 240 (using rough late night math here) my end goal of 125 is way too far off so I am concentrating on my goal of 180 by christmas. I gained all my weight 3 years ago after a bad car accident but now I am in good shape to get back to the gym and stop using my injuries as an excuse. Ive joined a female only gym which is so much better. I dont think the number of weight you have to lose has any relevance, 2lbs or 150 its all about being comfortable in your own body, but staying healthy at the same time |
