seems you already cut out your drinks with Sugar and carbs. drink a glass of water before/during/after you eat. it will make you feel full and you wont eat as much. keep up with that and exercise

I keep a diary when I'm on diet.. It helps me to keep track of what I eat..

trying to lose weight.
 
okay, i'm finally back in the mindset of wanting to lose weight. i weigh about 150 right now, and would like to get around 110-115. i'm 5'4", so that's not such a stretch, right? i've already cut out regular soda (been drinking water, tea, and pepsi max which has 0 cals, carbs, or sugar) and fast food. and also the damn vending machine food at work. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...smilies/24.gif it's not going to be easy, but i'd like to reach my goal by june when i go back to my asthma doctor (i don't own a scale, so they'll weigh me then and we'll see). i need support! i'm so bad at dieting.

this is how skinny i used to be and where i want to get down to again. i was about 120 here, two years ago.

Im 118..but i used to be 100....but on over a stone..and it seems to have gone all on my ass.

Why is it when women put on weight it goes to there hips n asses?...ya wear a pair of jeans and its like ya butts exploded done there. Ya gotta tuck bits in to get them on...rofl

I know...ive been walking around in jogging bottoms for ages...because they are comfy and i dont have to worry about anything spilling over lol

I can not wait for the warm weather again!! when it was warm I would walk 3 miles at least 4 days a week, even after getting off work in the morning... Now it is just too cold for me to do that..

I have a tredmill but honestly, when I try walking on it I go for a lil while and then think, well at least I did something and then hit the couch.. it's just to easy to stop on the treadmill... but when you leave your house to walk from home to one end of town and back home (which is 3 miles in my town.. lol) you CAN NOT stop cuz you gotta finish just to get to the couch!!!

I have given up with home exercize, instead I rock the gym each day, do a 80 mile road cycle and 15 mile run every second day. That way I can push myself as hard as I can, but then I have to come right back again. And the gym is fun as!

I started excercize so I could eat heaps (LOVE food) but now its turned into an addiction.

I have issues with going to the gym... I always freak out about people seeing me sweaty and without makeup etc...

or the dumb assholes with the nerve to think it is a meeting place....step aside...please...we are trying to better ourselves and you stick out like a sore thumb with the mirror complex you are trying so hard to avoid

yep.... I agree! the gym that is in my town is a 24 hour place and all members have a key.. so I could go at like 3am if I wanted to that way no one would be there (hopefully), but come on... how often am I really gonna do that???

I will just wait until it gets warm and start walking again...

yeah I used to go after work (I would get out at 10:30pm) and had the place almost exclusively to myself....then the gym lost money due to the 24 hour thing...tried to cut it back but that didn't work.
