Before you tie on a good drunk , take a couple of good vitamins & a goodie powder or two . The next morning you will feel just fine .

A multivitamin is not a bad idea to take everyday. A lot of people are nutritionally deficient which leads to thinks like anemia (resulting in fatigue). You need to look at your diet to see if you're getting enough of each type of vitamin. Some vitamins are toxic in large doses (like vitamin A) so you dont want to over consume them. Others have no limit (like B12). Other supplements like iron should only be taken if you're doctor tells you you have a deficiency.

Default Does vitamis really work?
I bet lots of you here take vitamins. I really dont believe in vitamins. I am healthy enough without them. A balanced diet is the key. There is no evidence that vitamins really work but people appear largely unwilling to give them up. I believe vitamins can do more harm than good. Some doctors warned that vitamin C seems to protect not just healthy cells but cancer cells too. Many studies have been carried out to prove vitamins have little or no effect on the improvement of certain conditions. As for me the nutrition from food is good enough.

There really is no need to take vitamins if you have a balanced diet. The last time I took any was vitamin B when I was on a detox to avoid the shock to the system as there is a lot of vitamin B in alcohol and suddenly depriving myself of it could have made me really ill.

you talking about steroids?

yeah pro body builders use roids, synthol, steroids... all those stuff in order to become that big

natural body builders can only get so big, and most either way use vitamins and supplements

Steroids can of course improve performance for those pros but it sucks for them when tested positive during competition

Personally, I have no problem with drugs if it's free choise. When it's cheating someone else out of a medal or job by it though, I do.
