Default At what weight on HCG did you fit into normal clothes? (short women)
I am still in my planning phase and working on goals for my weight reduction. My first goal is to never, ever have to walk into a plus-sized store or department again. I want to be able to shop at Ann Taylor and Banana Republic. I am only about 5'3, and I can't remember at what weight I crossed the threshold of "plus size". I do know that this diet takes off more abnormal fat and results in a better shape at a higher weight than most.

Can other short women (under 5'4) who have lost the weight on this diet tell me around when they could wear a 14 from a normal store?

I'm 5' 5" when I stand up really tall!

I currently weigh 190 and I can wear a size 14 in "normal" jeans, but girl....they are TIGHT. (depending on the brand, really)
Around 180 is when a size 14 feels super comfortable to me.
Also, I carry most of my weight right around my stomach/middle - so that's a factor for me as well.

Hope that helps a bit.

Not much. Clearly you have never shopped in a plus size store

Thank you. I was already thinking that the magic number for me might be the 180-190 range (I am pretty muscular and larger boned). Unfortunately that means I need a 50-60 pound weight loss, which may be just out of reach in 2 HCG rounds. I currently wear a 18 but that is in plus, so I really need to drop 4 dress sizes to be 14 in "regular".

I seem to need to drop 20 pounds to drop a plus-size dress size. My friend (who is not plus size) drops a dress size with a 10-15 pound loss.
I have lost 25 pounds on R1P2 (just started P3) and have pretty much gone from a size 22 to a size 20 (in pants, I can wear my shirts looser for longer). My friend went from a 16 to a 12 with a 25 pound weight loss.

This is almost exactly what I was going to say. Currently at 197ish my regular size 16s fit great. My plus size 14s fit great. I think I'll be in regular size 14s after I lose another 15 lbs.

Awesome, 180 is my first goal weight! I would love to get there in 2 rounds, but since that is 60 pounds it could take longer. Next spring, I want to buy sundresses in a normal store, and not be embarrassed because they show arm!

I'm 5'1" and currently weigh 184.2. I lost about 25lbs in Round 1. I don't know if this will help as I'm not someone who likes very tight clothing, but in the pants I like to wear I went from a 3x to a 1x. I actually think I could wear a XL from the regular section. I did try on an 18 pant in the regular department and they fit, but were a little tighter than I like to wear pants, but I'm kind of weird about that. I did buy an XL shirt yesterday in the regular department.

I haven't worn a sleeveless shirt in public in over 15 years, and the other day I ran out to the store and realized I was out in public in a tank top.

I have about 60lbs more to go and think I'm going to need another 2 or 3 rounds, but I'm looking forward to putting plus size stores and departments behind me.

Im 5'1 and after I finished round 1 I was 181 and a size 16 jean shorts from AE wear still a little tight on me. (The summer before, I was 174 and they were a bit loose on me.) I gained some weight back after r1 . Right now I'm 188 on r2 p2 d3. I'm working towards a size 14(or smaller lol) too!
