Default Hcg will not work for me!!
Hey

First i tried starting my hcgdiet on 200iu daily. I did the loading phase, but the following days i felt too hungry to only eat 500 cal. I just couldn't ignore my hunger.

I took a 3-week break from hcg and then tried to start again. This time 160 iu daily. But after about 5-6 days my hunger got really extreme.

What am i doing wrong???
It is so important for me to get smaller...i want to succeed!
Need help/advice. I know that its a good quality hcg i use.

I was the same way. I started with 166iu and felt horrible, hungry, got sick a few times. I was told to skip a day and lower my dose. I am now taking 125 iu, and it is great, not hardly ever hungry, not sick anymore. I thought I was going to have to quit. I do injections. 200 is pretty high. Ask Beth or Grammy, they can help you.

Yes, ask Beth or Grammy to advise you on finding the right dose. What brand are you using, & how was it mixed? That could make a lot of difference.

160IU of what I use, Hucog is too high for me. My dose was too high in the beginning of my first round. When your dose is too high, you do feel hungry & bad. Get this straight & give it another try. You should never be hungry.

160 is still pretty high. Skip a dose then try 125 and see how you do.

Have been on hcg for the last 7 days, and eaten about 1500-2000 cal per day. Will try and skip the hcg injection tomorrow and start taking 125 iu the day after.

I am on day four, the first two days I loaded. I have lost 3.2 pounds. I am taking hGG injections supervised by a doctor and I am hungry from about 4:00 on. Lunch satisfies me but not dinner. I am on 25cc. Any thoughts?

robin, you need to find out what your actual dose is. You will have to call your doctor unless it says on your bottle.

Why aren't you following protocol with 500 cal per day?

When the dose is way high like that, and the hunger is very bad, are these women losing weight? Or does the hcg not release any fat in that situation? Just curious.

I'm having a terrible time onHCG (sublingual compounded from pharmacy). I'm on day 14, and have lost about 11 pounds, which is fine because I'm already in the normal range, but I have had terrible muscle cramps and weakness. We thought it was a combination of low sodium and low potassium, and upping that has helped, but I'm so weak that I can hardly stand in the shower and wash my hair. My pulse shoots up from my normal 60 to about 110 when I do that. Prior to HCG, I played golf, tennis and ran, and I now can hardly walk on this diet. I am under a doctor's care, have had bloodwork and EKG,but nothing shows up. I believe I should get off, but don't want to gain back the 11 pounds. I see my dr. on Tuesday, which will be 17 days, but am open to all advice. I'm going to need rehab!!

Why are you dieting if you are already in the normal range? Do you have any more abnormal fat to lose? or are you pretty much finished? If you are pretty much finished, I would think you are burning the wrong kind of fat now, because you are eating too few calories (if you are on 500 a day still). My understanding (read P & I to make sure), is that once you have lost all your abnormal fat, you need to increase your calories for the rest of P2. I think they said to go up to 1000 or 1100, but I don't remember for sure so double check. I'm thinking if you have no fat left to burn, and no food to burn, that is a bad situation, and you would start burning the normal fat. This is just a thought, so maybe it applies to your situation, or maybe not. I don't know enough to say.

When the dose is high, you don't lose right. I've experienced it myself. Losses are VERY poor and in the wrong places.

pelsen, I'd bet your dose needs adjusted. Skip your next 2 doses and see how you feel. If better, lower your dose.

I'm doing drops and I'm wondering if I should lower my dosage. I'm finding myself very hungry and do not have a lot of energy. As I teach gr. 1 and have 3 small children - lack of energy is a HUGE problem. I am taking HCG Ultra - says it contains HCG Active-8 (10 drops which = 5ml). Any advice?

Aren't those the ones from GNC?

My understanding is that those drops do not have any HCG in them and as such will not work the same. Yes you will lose weight, but not the right kind and your hypothalamus will not rest properly. I have seen several woman regain the weight lost and more after using drops with no HCG. They also often stay hungry and fatigued as you described. Not good. If I were you, I would stop and get the ones with HCG and go from there.

You are very hungry because the GNC drops are fake. You have no energy because you are on a starvation diet. You really should stop, find some legitimate HCG, & start over.

When you use the real McCoy, (there are even Homeopathic products that work), at the correct dosage, you should not be hungry & feel weak. It is a pitty that GNC is allowed to sell cleverly worded products that sound like they are HCG, but they (& Walmart) do & get by with it.

HI TXSweetcorn,
I think the drops are actually from another supplier and not GNC, but you are correct in that they do not have any HCG and basically the people using them are on a starvation diet.
