Get rid of the melba. and be careful with the eggs. you can find a low sugar protein shake if you dont do well with eggs?

Just checked - I already answered you in the other thread.

Morning Star - not protocol. Tangerine - not protocol. Eggs - not really protocol.

Why are you doing so many off-protocol things, and why are you eating more than 500calories? Are you hungry? Which method are you using?

Ugh, just checked Morning Star - definitely not protocol. That is frankenfood... sugar, vegetable oil, gluten....

(WHEAT GLUTEN, SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, WATER FOR HYDRATION), EGG WHITES, CORN OIL, CALCIUM CASEINATE, CONTAINS TWO PERCENT OR LESS OF MODIFIED TAPIOCA STARCH, ONION POWDER, CANOLA OIL, TRIGLYCERIDES FROM COCONUT OIL, HYDROLYZED VEGETABLE PROTEIN (CORN GLUTEN, WHEAT GLUTEN, SOY PROTEIN), DEXTROSE, SALT, SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE, AUTOLYZED YEAST EXTRACT, SUGAR, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS FROM NON-MEAT SOURCES, CARAMEL COLOR, CULTURED WHEY, MALTODEXTRIN, GARLIC POWDER, SPICE, CELLULOSE GUM, DISODIUM GUANYLATE, DISODIUM INOSINATE, SOY SAUCE (WATER, SOYBEANS, SALT, WHEAT), VITAMINS AND MINERALS (NIACINAMIDE, IRON [FERROUS SULFATE], THIAMIN MONONITRATE [VITAMIN B1], PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE [VITAMIN B6], RIBOFLAVIN [VITAMIN B2], VITAMIN B12), SESAME SEED OIL, CELERY EXTRACT, SOY LECITHIN.

Tangerines are off protocol. A serving of eggs is 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites. Morningstar Grillers are a poor choice for a vegetarian. Try using protein powder or do as Dr. Simeons says and use skim milk or cottage cheese if you eat dairy. I know some vegetarians use Quorn, and I think that may be a slightly better choice, but not great.

I am not an expert on hcg diet plans (yet!) but I just have to chime in. You should really consider ditching ALL of the vegetarian "meat substitute" foods. I was raised in a religion that promotes vegetarianism, and I truly believe that eating that stuff every day growing up is the primary cause of my obesity and my thyroid being destroyed at only 20 years. Every single one of those meat substitute foods, without exception, is highly processed and full of crappy ingredients. MSG (in various forms), carcinogenic caramel color, and GMO soy to name a few. As you have discovered, meat substitute also has a lot more calories and less protein than actual meat.
