If yours is the chocolate like mine I am showing fructose, which is sugar, and maltodextrin, a carb I think.

Which would explain it. I used mine in P4 when I started going back to the gym.

I've been browsing for a good organic protein powder. I found Nutivia Organic Hemp Protein, and judging from the ingredients and nutrition facts, it's just raw hemp protein. Here's the link, I just ordered it from amazon for a lower price and free shipping.

http://www.mynaturalmarket.com/nutiv...rcent-3lb.html

No sweeteners or fillers and it's not dairy-based, since I have problems with dairy.

I definitely shall! The order hasn't shipped out yet, and because one serving has 120 calories and I'm not interested in a meal replacement (yet), I will be breaking up the servings in half to take once a day at first, then see if my body is ok with me taking the second half. This protein powder isn't like most whey and animal-based proteins, plus it has no additives, chemicals, or fillers in it that would clog up our bodies, which I love. Ever since I tested to see if I'd gain weight by eating apples 3x/day for 3 days (before I started hcg) and wound up gaining TWO POUNDS, I've decided that I will cut corners wherever I have to, but I'm eating organic from now on.

Unless you're allergic to hemp/hempseed, this protein powder is being raved about left and right, albeit some don't particularly like it's herby and grassy-ish taste.

Many industry experts advise that since muscle milk seems to have hunger-suppressing characteristics, it's possible that you might not acquire the vital nourishing substances out of natural foods and nutrients you're required to take everyday. This might lead to an discrepancy of vitamins and nutrients within the body which can cause other negative effects.

More Info
about muscle milk

Although a number of athletes advise it, taking in muscle milk at bed time could result in uneasiness since this dietary supplement improves the system's metabolic rate and vitality. Therefore, it is recommended that the perfect time to drink muscle milk is usually just before and/or immediately after a training to prevent just about any unwanted effect.

Unwanted gas is a complication which a number of people feel caused by crystalline fructose plus maltodextrin contained in it. Both of these active ingredients can even lead to increased levels of insulin when used in too much.

It's always best to get information from an experienced person about the amount of muscle milk you have to be ingesting, and when you have to be taking it. After you do that, it's going to help you even more than it may perhaps affect you.
