It did for me too. Seemed like every five or six days another emotional day would hit. I am not sure if it's the hcg or the whole mental thing your mind has to go through to complete the hcg and maintain the weight loss. It definitely plays a emotional toll only eating 500 or less calories a day even though you are not hungry. Food really is a addiction, crazy what our minds do to us. Stay strong, it will get better I promise :-)

I am feeling all kinds of mood changes and i feel like its making me depressed on some days. I don't ever feel like i have enough energy now so thats keeping me down. i hate feeling so weak everyday :[ this diet is so awful. |
