Default Another shampoo question
I use a paraben, sulfate, gluten free shampoo, it says organic 100% Vegan. I LOVE it. I get it at Costco and it is the Kirkland brand. All the ingredients, look ok, but halfway down it says sunflower seed oil, also in the same brand conditioner that is the only oil. So far I have looked at every shampoo, I cannot find one that is completely oil free. Any ideas? All of my other products are oil free, per the ingredients. However I am looking at anything that says "oil", are there any other weird names that do not out right say oil, but are actually an oil?

Also how about body soap? When I looked this weekend, everything had some type of oil in it. What is everyone else using? TIA

Hi, I haven't changed any of my personal care products and still lost weight. I use Moo Goo shampoo at the moment. As for soap you don't really need to use it, you are only on p2 for such a short amount of time really.

Are you saying for 5 weeks/P2 not to use body soap? I live in Vegas, it was 117 degrees last week, even though it is a "dry" heat (LMAO) I need to use soap, I would STINK! LOL

Good to hear! I can deal with no lotions actually. I have a bit of oily skin, so I usually do not use a lotion. Even with our very dry weather, go figure.

I never changed any of my personal care products, either. It's possible that I would have lost more than I did, if I had changed my products, but 20lbs each round was a good enough loss for me. I'd rather lose a bit slower and have nice skin and hair.
