This is my 2nd round on HCG (drops) and I had succcess my first round with a 15 lb loss and I've on day 5 in P2 now and have lost 7 but I just can't stick with it this time. I'm having a hard time not cheating, I feel hungry, and am successful on the diet until dinnertime. I just don't think I'm in the right mindset right now. I'm an army wife and my husband comes home after 3 long months of training this saturday and then we're moving to korea in 6 weeks! I hate to quit because I'm losing weight but I dread my food options everyday right now and then I cheat at night with little stuff like a few m&ms, chips or tastes of my kids food.. I'm also really antsy from not being able to work out. I LOVE to run and I run long and hard. I'm a regular gym goer so I feel like I'm being really counterproductive not working out. I think this diet is just not right for me at the moment and probably the wrong time as well. I will be sticking to a Paleo diet (lean meat, veggies, fruit, and healthy fats only) but less calorie restrictive. I learned alot from this forum and wish you ladies the best of luck!
