I'm currently VLCD Day 18 and its just starting to be my TOM. Yesterday I was SO hungry and ended up making cocoa crack (which was disgusting, by the way). I ate one piece and I gained 3lbs today!!
Ive been pretty much POP this whole time and I hate that one tablespoon of cocoa crack made me gain so much. I skipped my fruits and Melba today with hopes that I even back out quickly. Any suggestions for making it through TOM and still losing? I've always been a "hormonal" eater and I've fed my PMS with chocolate and other crap. No way I'm messing up this hard work again, but any suggestions for "treats" that won't ruin my P2 and stabilization? Thanks in advance! |
