Hello everyone,
So I will likely reach my goal weight in a few days... 15 pds just flew off!! I'm only a couple weeks in and I know I need to continue until the 23rd injection, and I'm supposed to increase my cals to 800/day. My question is, do I increase my cals to 800 the very day I'm at the weight I want to be? Or do a few more days of 400? Also, I understand HCG can only reduce "abnormal" fat, but how to I tell what the right goal weight is with all abnormal fat gone without cutting into "normal" fat? The online BMI calculators seem to be very generous..., you can still be overweight and technically "healthy". I'm not very toned so I'll likely be a little soft regardless... any help is appreciate, thank you everyone and good luck!!! |
