Default Is anybody LDS and on the diet? I have a question...
The sacrament. Stressed me out so bad. For those of you who are not LDS but are reading the post, the sacrament is where the congregation is given water and a small piece of (white) bread.

I've been pretty good on protocol, and am so worried that eating that piece of bread may have messed me up. I looked for the smallest peice of bread...it was about a centimeter wide.

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

If you cut out the melba in the diet you should be fine. Happy losing!

Do you mean cut it out entirely? Thanks!

I always recommend cutting it entirely anyway. Most people lose better without it. And then if you just have a bit of bread every week, it shouldn't slow you down too much.

Oh okay thank you! I think I'll just cut it out entirely and only use it if there's a recipe I really want to use that calls for it (I don't know of any thus far).

I'm not LDS, but I take communion. I just consider the communion wafer to be one of my grissini.
