DOSAGE HELP! Sooo confused Please HELP!
 

This is my first day on Phase 2 but I am utterly starving. I have read everywhere that you are not supposed to be starving.. I would understand hungry but not this. I think that my dosage is wrong, but for the life of me, I can't figure it out.

I have 10,000 IU's in one bottle of HCG. The dropper on it is stated in ml's and broken out by .25ml, .5ml's and .75ml's. I am planning on taking about 200 IU's a day (let me know if you think this is adequate). If wanted to take that amount 2 times a day, how many ml's should i be taking each time?

That is way too much which is why you are so hungry. A high dose causes MUCH more hunger than a low one. It's too early to skip so I would cut it to 150 iu 2x a day tomorrow. I assume you're taking sublingual since you have a dropper.

Thanks so much for your reply! Would you happen to know how many ml's 150 IU would be? Im having a hard time converting the ml's into IU's.

It depends on how your mixed it. Did you mix yourself?

And how much have you been taking? You said you wanted to take 200 iu. How much have you been pulling into the dropper?

I mixed the oral diluent that was 15 ML's with the HCG "powder". I mixed it myself, but was given everything by my doctor.

I've been doing .5ml's 2 times per day, which after doing the math (i hope it was correct) that 650 IU's for today, which makes sense why i am so hungry. Looks like i should be doing about .20 ml's * 2 a day, if i want to get the 200IU's to 250IU's a day. Does that even sound correct? Thanks again!

So you're taking a very large dose. Usually 10,000 iu is mixed with 30 cc and then .5 is taken. So you were taking 320 per dose, or 640 for the day. No wonder you're starving! Even though it's early, I would skip your dose tonight if you haven't taken it and skip tomorrow morning's dose too. Then tomorrow evening I would take the usual 166 dose, not 200 or 250. We see a lot of hunger on that high dose. .25 is a dose of 166. If you want the 200 in spite of what I've told you, take 30 units which is 200 iu.
