Raspberry Ketones??

I don't know if anyone saw Dr. Oz but my grandma has been pushing these thngs on me since he said they are a miracle fat burner. Not sure what is in them, apparently crushed raspberry? Any opinions? Can these be taken while on hCG?

I did - I've been taking them now for a couple weeks. It's hard to say if they are helping or not. I'm having a bizarre round of 2 pounds down, 1 pound up, no progress for a few days, 2 pounds down. I don't think it's hurting!
