How many days exactly?

It's a bit confusing....I started my first loading day 4/7 and am doing a 23 day round so what would be my last day to take the drops?

4.29 last drops day, but still eating VLCD on 4.30 & 5.1
Then you are in Phase 3 for 21 days from 5.2 till 5.22
5.23 marks Phase 4 / maintenance phase.
