Default hunger in Phase 2
I am on Day 5 of phase 2......and am experiencing hunger pains. I have wondered if my homeopathic drops were no longer effective, so I 've ordered a fresh bottle. However, something I've read here suggests that if you are taking too much (too high dosage) that you will experience hunger pains....is this correct?
I'm sticking to the protocol but don't want to keep feeling hungry.
thanks!

im not sure what drops your taking . i was at 3.8 on the drop syringe.. which was bout 8-10 drops. gonna ask..... did you do a really good high fat load? when is the hunger the worst, i didnt load well the first time and i was hungry for about the first week, but it goes away.
drink lots of warm water with lemon, that helps. or green tea. spread your food out as well if you can, for me i would have a bowl of strawberries sliced up for mid day snack.. then i had chicken on lettuce cause you can do lots of lettuce, then later have your other protien and veggie

thats just my experience. hope it helps and btw. im down to a great weight and have been stable now for 5 weeks , again, so the diet does work

Yes taking to many drops can cause hunger. Also taking to few can. I would not taking any for a day and you will be able to tell. If your hunger begins to get better you are in the right direction. If you get more hungry I would say increase your drops. Also note it may take up to 24 hours to notice the difference if you increase drops.

Good luck!

I suffered hunger pangs and dizziness in my first 3 days. On my 4th day (yesterday), I followed Grammy's advice and took a day off from the drops and felt better, so this morning i reduced my HHCG drops dose down to 7drops (from 10 drops) and am already noticing I feel MUCH better. No dizziness and no more of those awful hunger pangs, I would usually be feeling faint by now...

Whew, I was getting worried there !!! Haveasmile is absolutely right. Some people need to reduce dosage while others need to increase and the only way to find out is to do a "skip HCG day" and see how you feel.

Thanks, everyone, for your responses. I am on the 4th day of phase 2, so I am going to decrease the drops I take today and see if I notice a difference. When you suggest NO drops, do you mean stay on the VLCD w/o any drops? I think that the dropper was not functioning well, so I was taking more than I needed. I will try today on less drops. Thanks again....so far, I am down 3.6 pounds!

congrats on your losses so far
yes stay on the vlcd while skipping the drops. you might want to consider getting a little measuring syringe to keep the amount consistent, i found it tricky to measure the drops, so the syringe worked very well , i think you can get one at a pharmacy for free

When someone is on hhcg, the first thing I ask now is to check the ingredients on your bottle and make sure they contain hcg. If they do, then this advice you've gotten is perfect.
