Hi there,
Any opinions would be great! I did a 45 day round and lost 25 pounds, although I really didn't follow the P3 guidelines and gained really easily with a lot of carb consumption. I've really learned my lesson but now I'm bummed out with the gain. Should I go back on P2? Or wait the maintenance out and hopefully shed some of the gain before I do a second round? |
