I am getting confused by the differences in other posts, google, and youtube videos and need help in how to mix my HCG. My understanding is that using alcohol is no longer the best way but do I still use B12? If anyone can guide me through the process or point me in the right direction??! Also, what dosage should I do? I want to do a short round. Thanks!
