Substituting brown rice for melba toast or breadsticks?
Can we do this? We don't ever eat the breadstick or melba toast but chicken and vegetables could go a lot longer distance if we were able to add brown rice to our meals.
Thanks

well my two bread sticks a day that I used to use totaled 45 calories. That would equate to around an ounce of brown rice. Not very much at all.

I wouldn't. If you're hungry, your dose needs adjusted.
