1. How much did you gain on loading?
2. How long did it take you to lose that weight?

1. I gained 8.8 pounds on my two loading days, or 10.2 pounds if you include the "loading" I did on the days before I started.
2. I lost all of the weight in two days of VLCD.

My method is Rx Sub-Q.

Sublingual Rx

Loading gain> R1= -7, R2= 2, R3= 3
It took one day to release my loading gains in R2 and R3.

My favorite method is the homeopathic patch. I did injections, drops, and the patch. By far I love the patch!!! Results are great. It was easy to use. I wasn't hungry and had great results.

I know this is a very small sampling size, but I am very surprised by the variety of different methods that people are answering the poll with. I would have thought it would be an absolute, no-brainer, home run for Rx Sub-Q and Homeopathic Drops.

R1 I gained between 3 and 4 lbs during loading and I lost it within 2 days.
R2 (current round) I only gained 1 lb during loading, but I had gained 6 lbs from my LDW and was pretty much eating like I was loading before actually starting...the 1 loading lb I lost the first day, and the rest I had gained I lost in 6 days.

In my round 1 I did not load and lost only 3 pounds more than I did in my second round loading like it was going out of style.

I have only gained 2-3 pounds on each of my loadings. Thought it would have been more- but apparently on normal days I was eating close to that many calories.. LOL I have lost over 70lbs so far.

I'm on a homeopathic spray I've lost 45 pounds so far.

I keep learning about different methods of getting this into your body. I have only heard of nasal spray, do you spray that in your mouth? or somewhere else?

1. I gained a total of .5 lbs. (I gained 2 lbs the first loading day, lost 2.5 the second day and a 1 lb. gain on day three)
2. Lost first day of VLCD

I gained 5.4 pounds loading, and lost 7.4 pounds in my first 48 hours VLC.

I gained 2 pounds on my loading days. I am on day 2 of VLCD and have lost 4 lbs. I am doing the Rx Sub-Q injections.
