Hi guys, this is my first round and i'm currently on vlcd6 and so far lost 10.6 lbs!!

1 scoop of JR protein powder has 25 grams of protein. If you just drink 1 cup of the prepared shake I bet anything you really only took in a third of the powder and thus less than 10 grams of protein. This is very little. If you can, try your best to sip the rest or save it for "lunch" or a snack. It's important to get in the protein on p2.
