disovering that Simeon is right about intervals between rounds and loading...

I started the VLCD portion of round 3 just a few days ago on Feb. 1. It has become apparent to me that so far my results this round are so much better than they were in Round 2 and more on track with my Round One losses. I am already down over 8 pounds. I also took loading a little more seriously this time around and went the full 12 weeks in between rounds 2 and 3. I don't think I gave myself enough time between rounds 1 and 2 and I don't think I loaded enough for Round 2... I really think I was overjoyed to see movement on the scales and I could not make myself wait any longer. This time around, I am not terribly unhappy at all with how I look or the numbers on the scale, so I am little more relaxed and not feeling such a sense of urgency and so far it is really paying off.

I do wonder where I will end up this round, should be another exciting adventure.

I waited 6 months before starting Round 2. I finish loading today & start VLCD Monday. I'm hoping for another 30 pound loss!!!!

I'm a big believer in the necessary breaks. Between rounds 2 & 3, my skin didn't start going back into shape until week 7. If I'd gone back after 6 weeks like I really wanted to I would have had some loose skin to deal with when I was done.

Yes, thank you for sharing some good news about additional rounds... I did fantastic in R1 (38+ lbs) the end of last year, and am maintaining well. Was going to start R2 around this time, to get off the last 20 lbs, but I find I'm not in such a hurry. I figure if I start again by April, I should be 'svelt' http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...es/redface.png by summer. I'm just happy that it's staying off at this point, and really do look forward to another round. When I get there, I will look forward to R2 tho....and you've inspired me. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...ilies/wink.png
