Default Will eating the same meat and vegetable affect weight lose?
Hi! I'm new to the forum

I'm currently on R1P2VLCD19 and so far I have lost 16 pounds. Since I am a vegetarian, I have been eating ther same type of "meat" (100 mg of a veggie burger) for the past 19 days with no issues with weight loss. The only 2 vegetables I have been eating are organic tomatoes and lettuce. I have no problem eating lettuce, however if I see another tomato, it will be too soon!! my question is since i've been eating the same meat with no issues, do you think that if I only eat 1 type of vegetable for lunch and dinner everyday that it may affect my weight loss? thank you in advance!!

I will be starting my 3rd round next week. I have always eaten exactly the same meat and veg twice/day for the entire
phase 2. I have had good weight loss, so no, I don't think that it matters. For me, it's just easier to eat the same thing and think of food as "fuel" while I am on the diet...I don't like to make a big deal about the food i.e. trying to figure out
how to enhance it with "recipes" etc...It is what it is...
