I need to take to consecutive days off. At least, I'll be pretty much off protocol for 2 dinners (I'll adhere as much as possible, but I will be eating more and some fats and maybe sweets).
I know this will set me back, but would I be better off taking hCG or not? Should I do two "skip days?" I'm on day 20 of hCG and plan to continue for 40. Thanks! |

i'd stay on myself and do the best I could. A planned interruption is for 4 days or longer.
From Pounds and Inches: If an interruption of treatment lasting more than four days is necessary, the patient must increase his diet to atleast 800 calories by adding meat, eggs, cheese, and milk to his diet after the third day, as otherwise he will findhimself so hungry and weak that he is unable to go about his usual occupation. |

Thanks Grammy, I'll continue the hCG. I didn't know what else to call it but "planned" as it will not be accidental but a knowledgable choice.
I know to expect at least a 3 day delay in my weight, and will have to deal with that. It will be for dinners and I will stay on track for the rest of the day. Thanks mucho. |
